  How to get there

• You can get to the apartment by the outside stairs, it is the door straight ahead. We will leave all information and the key in the apartment itself. The apartment is open.

If you get here by public transport:

• Take the train to Ardez. From the railway station you can walk to the apartment in approximately 8 minutes.

• You can park above the fountain (not more than 2 cars). If you need more parking lots, there’s a public parking. You can order parking permits from our office for CHF 20.00/week. All we need in advance is your car registration number.

• The owner, Fadrina Strimer, lives in the same house, she’s always at home in the evenings. In case of emergency, she can be reached at the following number: 078 822 24 58.

• You are welcome to use the barbecue area in the garden, but you must bring your own wood. We kindly ask you to clean the barbecue area after use.
• The house is in the countryside and there are also mice in the area, which are sometimes a bit too curious. Therefore, please only air the house when you are at home. Thank you very much!
  

• This is a non-smoking flat – we kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the flat.
• In case of non-observance we reserve the right to increase the final cleaning by CHF 300.00.
  

• Please pre-rinse the dishes before you put them into the dishwasher
• Many thanks for the consideration of other residents in the house
• Pets are very welcome (additional cost CHF30/stay).
• Please don’t let the dogs poo/pee on the area around the house, thank you!
• Away from the village is an advantage of the quiet location, but this also brings disadvantages in case of snowfall. The road is cleared by the municipality, at the forecourt a farmer comes periodically. The direct access to the flats and the stairs should be cleared by the guests if possible, as the landlady is not at home during the day. The snow can be moved to the side on the forecourt.
• There are more flies in the flat when there are strong temperature fluctuations.

• In the Volg Supermarket, in the centre of Ardez, you have the possibility to buy food and some other items
• Various shops on Stradun in Scuol as well as the post office and the tourist office.
  

• For the disposal of residual waste, the prescribed yellow waste bags are to be used; these are available at the checkout in Volg or every grocery shop in Scuol. The bags can also be purchased separately.
• The closest site for waste disposal is located next to the railway station
• PET bottles, glass, cardboard and paper can also be recycled next to the railway station for free.
