  How to get there

• The entrance to the flat is in the small courtyard on the right hand side
• The letterbox is located at the entrance on the left. It is marked Chasa Punt 43. Inside the letterbox is the key box, which contains the key. You will find the code in the arrival email.

• Bed linen/towels are available
• The fuse box is not in the apartment but in the cellar. Go down the cellar stairs, unlock the door with the apartment key and it is the first cellar on the right (open with apartment key)
• The ski room is located in the driveway on the left (wood-panelling) at the letterboxes. These can also be opened with the flat key. The skis can also be stored in the underground car park
• Bicycles can be stored in the garage as well
• Please do not light candles in the Stüva and the bedroom
  

• This is a non-smoking flat – we kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the flat
• In case of non-observance we reserve the right to increase the final cleaning by CHF 300.00
  

• In the bedroom the large iron bar can be used to hang up the clothes. Please do not put the heaviest garment in the middle
• Please pre-rinse the dishes before you put them into the dishwasher
• Many thanks for the consideration of other residents in the house
• Pets are not allowed
  

• Discounted tickets for Vereina and reduced admission to the Bogn Engiadina are available for collection from our office
• From a bouquet of flowers for the birthday of your loved ones to the
  organisation of a private ski instructor we are happy to help you fulfil your wishes

• The flat has an outdoor sitting area in the garden. You can find it by taking the stairs opposite the front door and then go straight ahead. There is also a grill at your disposal.
• In the wardrobe box you will find seat cushions, grill tongs, gloves and a cleaning brush. Please clean the grill and the grill tongs after use. If the grill is not clean, we reserve the right to additionally charge a fee of CHF 200.00 for cleaning.
• You will find 2 deck chairs in the apartment.
• Please leave the sitting area clean and clear away the deck chairs.
• Please only use this patio, the big table underneath the roof is private.

  What to do in case of fire
  

• 150 m away there is a Volg supermarket; there you can also get the rubbish bags which you need for disposal
• 300 m to the east there is a Denner
• In the village at Stradun there is a big coop, next door is also the post office and the tourist office
  

• For the disposal of residual waste, the prescribed yellow waste bags are to be used; these are available at the checkout in every grocery shop in Scuol. The bags can also be purchased separately
• The closest site for waste disposal (yellow bags) is located in front of Volg (no 7 on the waste management map)
• PET bottles can also be disposed in front of Volg
• Cardboard/Paper/Glass can be recycled at Crüzer (No 1 on the waste management map which follows) for free

• You can put the key in the letterbox where you found it
• Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy, clear away the dishes, dispose of waste, PET and glass at the location described above and empty the refrigerator – grazcha fich!
