  How to get to the apartment
  

• The flat is located on the 1st floor.
• By the wooden pillar (on the right of the main door) you will find three black key boxes. The lowest key box belongs to the holiday flat Chasa Rosa 1. You will find the code in the arrival email.

If you get here by public transport:

• Take the train to Scuol-Tarasp.From there take the bus in the direction of Martina and change at Ramosch, „Ramosch, Fermada“. The final stop is „Vnà, Jalmèr“. From there it is about 3-5 minutes on foot

• You can park in the outdoor parking space 1 – outdoor parking space 1
  

• Unfortunately there is no Wifi yet
  

• Type of coffee machine: filter coffee
• Bed linen/towels are available
• The grill on the patio can be used. Please clean it again after use and also leave the patio tidy. If the grill has not been cleaned, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of CHF 200.00
  

• This is a non-smoking flat – we kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the flat
• In case of non-observance we reserve the right to increase the final cleaning by CHF 300.00
  

• Please pre-rinse the dishes before you put them into the dishwasher.
• Many thanks for the consideration of other residents in the house.
• The wood stove is not available.

• Discounted tickets for Vereina and reduced admission to the Bogn Engiadina are available for collection from our office
• From a bouquet of flowers for the birthday of your loved ones to the

• In Ramosch: In Butia Ramosch you can buy groceries and fresh bread from the bakery „Häfner“. There you can also get the rubbish bags, which you need for disposal
• There’s also a post office and a small tourist information in Ramosch
• At Stradun in Scuol there is a large Coop and the tourist office
  

• For the disposal of residual waste, the prescribed yellow waste bags are to be used; these are available at the checkout in every grocery shop in Scuol. The bags can also be purchased separately
• The closest site for waste disposal is located at the bus stop/the big parking lot. There you can also dispose of glass
• PET bottles can be disposed at Butia Ramosch.
• Cardboard/Paper can be recycled at Crüzer in Scuol (at Via da Manaröl, next to Denner) for free
  

• Until 10 am
• You can leave the key in the door lock again
• Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy, clear away the dishes, dispose of waste, PET and glass at the location described above and empty the refrigerator – grazcha fich!
