• You will find the key in the keybox.
• The apartment is located on the first floor.

If you get here by public transport:

• Take the train to Ardez. From the railway station you can walk to the apartment in approximately 3-5 minutes

• Unfortunately, there is no parking space available at the flat. You can park your car on the publick parking lot at the train station. You can order parking permits from our office for CHF 20.00/week. All we need in advance is your car registration number.

• The approximately 80 m2 flat offers three separate bedrooms. It is an atypical accommodation consisting of 3 independent rooms. Each room has its own bathroom and television. The kitchen is shared.
  Please note that you can share the kitchen and common areas with other guests.

• This is a non-smoking flat – we kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the flat
• In case of non-observance we reserve the right to increase the final cleaning by CHF 300.00
  

• Please pre-rinse the dishes before you put them into the dishwasher

• Pets are allowed, however, there is an additional cleaning fee of CHF 10.00 per night.

• In the Volg Supermarket, in the centre of Ardez, you have the possibility to buy food and some other items
• Various shops on Stradun in Scuol as well as the post office and the tourist office
  

• For the disposal of residual waste, the prescribed yellow waste bags are to be used; these are available at the checkout in Volg/Coop supermarket. The bags can also be purchased separately
• The closest site for waste disposal is located next to the railway station (see no 2 on the waste management map)
• PET bottles, glass, cardboard and paper can be recycled next to the railway station for free.
