• We leave the key in the mailbox of our office. Our office is located at Stradun 322, 7550 Scuol. The mailboxes are in the corridor on the right side of the pharmacy, the mailbox is labelled with „Coliv SA“. You can deposit the key there again when you leave.
  
  Key pick up – How to get there

• Please note: There may be several folders/keys in the letterbox. Please only take yours with you. The name of the apartment is written on the key fob.
  

• Drive towards Vulpera. On the left-hand side, you will see the old Robinson Club Schweizerhof. On the right-hand side, you will see three holiday homes. These all have their own names.
• The white house is labelled with “Chasa Valluns”
• The apartment is on the third floor. The room number is 5302.

If you get here by public transport:

• Take the train to Scuol-Tarasp. From there you can either walk to our office (about 15 minutes) or take the local bus to the bus stop „Bogn Engiadina“. To Vulpera it takes about 30 minutes on foot, but there is also a bus service, the bus stop is called „Vulpera“

• A washing machine is available in the basement for shared use. The washing hours are from 07:30 to 21:00. The price is CHF 4.50 per wash.

• In case of non-observance we reserve the right to increase the final cleaning by CHF 300.00
  

• Please pre-rinse the dishes before you put them into the dishwasher.

• Pets are allowed. CHF 10.00 / day. We’re happy to put a bowl & blanket at your disposal. Please leave them in the accomodation for our future guests

• Various shops on Stradun in Scuol, including Coop and Volg; there you can also get the rubbish bags, which you need for disposal.
• At Stradun next to Coop you will also find the post office and the tourist office.
• In Tarasp near the lake is a small Volg supermarket.
  

• Discounted tickets for Vereina and reduced admission to the Bogn Engiadina are available for collection from our office.
• From a bouquet of flowers for the birthday of your loved ones to the organisation of a private ski instructor we are happy to help you fulfil your wishes.
  

• For the disposal of residual waste, the prescribed yellow waste bags are to be used; these are available at the checkout in every grocery shop in Scuol as well as in the Volg in Tarasp. The bags can also be purchased separately.
• The closest site for waste disposal is located at no 6 (see waste management map).

• Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy, clear away the dishes, dispose of waste, PET and glass at the location described above and empty the refrigerator – grazcha fich!
