• We leave the key in the mailbox of our office. Our office is located at Stradun 322, 7550 Scuol. The mailboxes are in the corridor on the right side of the pharmacy, the mailbox is marked „Coliv SA“
  How to get there

• Please note: There may be several folders/keys in the letterbox. Please only take yours with you. The name of the apartment is written on the grey folder
  

• The apartment is on the second floor on the right handside. The entrance door is the one that says „Entrada“. The door is open

• You can park your car in front of the house
  

• Name: floss

• Type of coffee machine: Dolce Gusto or Italian Moka pot
• Bed linen/towels are available
• Please always lock the front door downstairs
• A storage room for skis/bikes is available. The cellar is located on the south side of the house (walk around the outside of the house). The cellar is normally open, otherwise please use the front door key
• The laundry room is on the same floor as the flat
  

• This is a non-smoking flat – we kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the flat
• In case of non-observance we reserve the right to increase the final cleaning by CHF 300.00
  

• Please pre-rinse the dishes before you put them into the dishwasher
• Many thanks for the consideration of other residents in the house
• Pets are allowed, however, there is an additional cleaning fee of CHF 10.00 per night

• Various shops on Stradun, including Coop and Volg; there you can also get the rubbish bags, which you need for disposal
• At Stradun next to Coop you will also find the post office and the tourist office
• In Tarasp near the lake is a small Volg supermarket

• For the disposal of residual waste, the prescribed yellow waste bags are to be used; these are available at the checkout in every grocery shop in Scuol as well as in the Volg in Tarasp. The bags can also be purchased separately
• The closest site for waste disposal is located at no 6 (see waste management map)

• Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy, clear away the dishes, dispose of waste, PET and glass at the location described above and empty the refrigerator – grazcha fich!
