📍 Where can you find us?

Our office is located in Scuol at Stradun 322. It is close to the Bogn Engiadina spa.
We share the space with the Arvenliebe shop. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the office.

🕰️ What are the office opening hours?

Our office is open at the following times:

Winter high season (end of January – first weekend in March)
Monday – Sunday
9:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. | 1:45 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

January, March, June – October
Monday – Saturday
9:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. | 1:45 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Closed on Sundays

April – May & November

🕙🕓 What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in from 4 p.m. and check out by 10 a.m.

Depending on availability, early check-in or late check-out may be possible.
Please enquire with the Engadin Booking Team if required.

🚆 Can I purchase discounted Vereina tickets from you?

Yes, we are happy to provide our guests with discounted Vereina tickets. These can be purchased in advance by email or on site at our office.

Winter price (1 December to 30 April) CHF 31
Summer price (1 May to 30 November) CHF 27

Payment can be made with the balance for your accommodation, by credit card, TWINT, bank transfer or in cash at our office.

🏊‍♀️ Can I order discounted tickets for Engadin Bad Scuol from you?

We offer our guests discounted admission to the pool and sauna area or the Roman-Irish bath.

Tickets can be purchased in advance by email or at the counter during your stay with us. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or cash.

🐕 Are dogs allowed in the holiday flats?

Yes, we allow dogs in the flats, but not in all of them. Below you will find all flats that allow dogs:

Holiday homes for your four-legged friend

When searching for flats on our website, you can also use the *Pets* filter to find all flats where four-legged friends are allowed.

Pets are charged at CHF 10.00 per night per animal.

🎁 What is the starter set?

A starter kit is provided for you in the holiday property.
This kit contains the following items to ensure a pleasant start to your holiday:
sponge, cleaning cloths, toilet paper, kitchen roll, bin bags, dishwasher tablets or washing-up liquid, a number of coffee pods to get you started… and a little surprise.
We charge CHF 6.50 per person for this package.

🗝️ Where can I find the key to the holiday flat?

Shortly before your arrival, you will receive all the information you need about key collection once you have completed online check-in.

📥 Is it necessary to check in online?

Guests must check in online before arrival. All travellers‘ names must be provided.

Only once this has been done will you receive your guest card and information about key collection.

📞What happens if I cannot find the key to the holiday flat?

Your arrival email contains all the information you need about where to find the key. If you still have difficulties, you can reach us by telephone on: +41 81 864 02 02.

After 5 p.m., there is an on-call service for urgent matters.
Our on-call number is +41 76 230 50 46.

💰 The prices on the website are displayed in USD. Is this correct, or is it actually CHF that is being displayed incorrectly?

The currency can be changed at the top left of the homepage.

⛷️Where can I buy ski passes?

Tickets can be purchased on site at the mountain railway ticket office. Or you can conveniently purchase your tickets online from home to avoid queues.

🛌 Is there a cot and extra bed in the flat?

We rent out baby cots for your little ones.

We charge CHF 50.00 for one week.

Some apartments already have cots available, in which case you will not be charged.

🪑 Is there a high chair in the flat?

We are happy to offer high chairs for hire for the youngest members of your family.

We charge CHF 30.00 per week.

Some apartments already have high chairs, in which case you do not have to pay for them.

📆When is the arrival and departure day?

During the winter high season (Christmas & New Year’s Eve, end of January to mid-March), the apartments can only be rented on a weekly basis.
The arrival and departure days are fixed. Depending on the apartment, these are Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

During the low season, we have a minimum stay of 3 nights.
The arrival and departure days are flexible.

❌ Can I cancel my holiday rental?

The tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time under the following conditions:

– Up to 42 days before arrival: CHF 150 processing fee
– 41 to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
– 9 to 1 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price
– 0 days before arrival, no-show: 100% of the rental price

🍽️ What is the filled refrigerator?

Before your arrival, you can order a fridge stocked with fresh, regional products.

🎫 When will I receive the guest card and what does it include?

You will receive your guest card approximately one week before arrival. This card allows you to use public transport in the Lower Engadine free of charge.
You can also book discounted holiday experiences.

👕 Do I need to bring my own bed linen and towels?

Upon arrival, all beds will be made with bed linen and towels will be provided.

There is a charge of CHF 15.00 per person for bed linen and CHF 7.00 per person for towels.

🚭 Is smoking permitted in the flats?

We do not manage smoking apartments. Smoking is prohibited in holiday accommodation.

An administrative fine will be charged in the event of misuse.

🎿 Can a ski box be booked in advance?

We will be happy to reserve a ski box for you before your arrival.

We charge 30.00 CHF for this service.

🔧 What should you do when something in your flat isn't working or is broken?

Our caretaker Maren is handy and will rush over to help you.
Simply let us know by telephone or email.

🧳 Where can I leave my lugages before 16.00?

You are welcome to store the lugages at our office in the meantime.

🥘🍱 Are there raclette or fondue sets in all flats?

Most apartments have one or both of these. You will find the information in the apartment description.

If your apartment does not have a raclette or fondue set, you are welcome to order one from us.

There is a rental fee of CHF 20.00 for this. You are welcome to pick it up at our office.
