  How to get to the apartment

• Coming from Vereina, at the roundabout in Scuol, take the 3rd exit towards Ftan. In Ftan drive through the village towards Ardez
• The entrance to the underground car park is below the house
• Access to the flat is via a staircase to the right of the underground car park. The flat entrance is in the 2nd uppermost house. It’s labelled with “Höchli”
• There is a black key box next to the entrance door. You will find the code in the arrival email. After typing in the code, turn the rotary wheel to the right, then you can remove the key

If you get here by public transport:

• Take the train to Scuol-Tarasp. From there take the bus to Ftan and get off at the bus stop „Ftan, cumün“. From the bus stop to the apartment it takes about 7-10 minutes on foot

• You can park either on the outside parking lot or in the underground car park. The underground car park is marked with no. 6
• The outside parking place is not labelled; there are 3-4 communal parking spaces (one of which is reserved, please do not use that one)

• On Wednesdays you can use the communal laundry room and wash your clothes

• A gas barbecue is available on the terrace. You are responsible for cleaning. If the grill is not clean, we reserve the right to charge an additional CHF 200.00 cleaning fee
  

• This is a non-smoking flat – we kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the flat
• In case of non-observance we reserve the right to increase the final cleaning by CHF 300.00
  

• Please pre-rinse the dishes before you put them into the dishwasher
• Many thanks for the consideration of other residents in the house
• Pets are not allowed
  

• Discounted tickets for Vereina and reduced admission to the Bogn Engiadina are available for collection from our office
• From a bouquet of flowers for the birthday of your loved ones to the

• Smaller purchases can be made in the Volg Ftan Pitschen where you can also get the rubbish bags,which you need for disposal
• Bakery „Cantieni“ opposite of Volg supermarket
• There’s a post office as well as a tourist office in the centre of Ftan
• At Stradun in Scuol there is a large Coop
  

• For the disposal of residual waste, the prescribed yellow waste bags are to be used; these are available at the checkout in every grocery shop in Scuol. The bags can also be purchased separately
• The closest site for waste disposal is located opposite the tourist information (no 2 on the waste management map)
• PET bottles can be returned at Volg
• Cardboard/Paper/Glass can be recycled n.ear Volg (see no 1 on the map)

• Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy, clear away the dishes, dispose of waste, PET and glass at the location described above and empty the refrigerator – grazcha fich!
